Lawrence County, KY — Fugitive wanted in two states arrested on the right fork of Laurel in Blaine Monday night. Darin Conley (AKA Candy Jesus) of Ohio was arrested by Constable Castle for drug trafficking, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence, identity theft as well as two out of state fugitive warrants. Conley attempted to elude identification by using ID of a dead man from Kentucky. Assisting in the arrest was Deputy Sheriff Dwayne Bowen of the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office. Conley is currently lodged at the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center.
