The SOAR Summit 2019 wrapped up on Friday with over 1,000 attendees. Many special guest speakers included ABC World News “Person of the Year” Major Dan Rooney, Governor Matt Bevin, and U.S. Congressman Hal Rogers. Bevin and Rogers both provided closing comments in which they announced the completion of the construction phase of the KentuckyWired project in Eastern Kentucky.
