Police in Floyd County arrested a man Tuesday night after leading them on a more than 20-mile chase. 29-year-old Kenneth Spurlock of Martin was operating a motorcycle and refused to stop. He is facing several charges, including 16 counts of Wanton Endangerment of a police officer. Floyd County Sheriff John Hunt said Spurlock was also wanted out of Perry County for escaping from the Kentucky River Regional Jail in August.
