On Monday, we told you about the EPA’s announcement in Hazard that the Obama Administration’s Clean Power Plan would be repealed.  That announcement has earned praise from coal producing counties, as it is seen as removing obstacles to using coal as a power source.  But, how is it being viewed in the power industry?  EKB News Reporter Shannon Deskins spoke with Kentucky Power President Matthew Satterwhite to find out.
