Last week, a Pike County grand jury indicted a man on nearly a dozen charges ranging from burglary to possession of meth to being a persistent felony offender. And, all charges come from cases being investigated by the Pikeville Police Department. Detective Bruce Collins says 37 year old Seth Scott is no stranger to officers in Pike County, with felony charges dating back more than 15 years. Scott was arrested on August 19th on a first degree burglary charge and remains lodged in the Pike County Detention Center. He is currently facing more than 20 charges from recent investigations.
