The old Roasted building at 787 Hambley Blvd. was part of the Dollar a Year Program provided by the City of Pikeville. The City Commission selected “Sol Good Bakery” to lease this property according to Executive Director of Economic Development in Pikeville Jill Fraley Dotson. She also stated that owners Jessica and Michael Phillips plans on building their focus around the community and providing an assortment of baked goods and coffee. Dotson also says that the owners are shooting for an opening date during the week of Thanksgiving.
