Three killed in crash near Winchester from eastern Kentucky

WINCHESTER, Ky. –  A Pikeville woman and two women originally from Magoffin County were killed in a crash Wednesday night on I-75 near Winchester.  According to our media partners at LEX18, Winchester police were pursuing an F-150 driven by 42 year old Tammy Bevins Rodriguez, who was driving south in the northbound lanes around 10pm Wednesday night.  Police say Rodriguez’s truck struck an oncoming Chevy Sonic head-on before striking another vehicle which overturned.  The passenger in Rodriguez’s vehicle, 35 year old Debbie Lynn Bevins of Pikeville was killed, as were the driver and passenger of the Chevy Sonic.  They were identified as 26 year old Taylor Blevins and 20 year old Caitlyn Bailey, both from Salyersville.  Police charged Rodriguez with DUI and driving without a license.  Court records show Rodriguez had been charged with DUI several times in the past.
