For nearly 30 years, Kentucky State Troopers have handed out teddy bears to children in distress all across the state.  But, this year, Kentucky State Police posts from Pikeville to Paducah are encouraging residents to consider giving Trooper Teddy as a Christmas gift to the children in their lives.  EKB News reporter Shannon Deskins has more.
