McKinney asks to be allowed to leave home for work
PRESTONSBURG, Ky. — One of the defendants charged in connection with the death of Amber Spradlin has asked a judge for permission to return to work. Dr. Michael McKinney, who is charged with eight counts of complicity to tamper with physical evidence, filed the motion Thursday afternoon. McKinney posted a $250,000 bond to be released from jail, but he remains under house arrest.
