PIKEVILLE, Ky. — The League of Women Voters of Kentucky is teaming up with the Pike County Fiscal Court to host a webinar on redistricting in Kentucky.

Following the census, legislatures are required to redraw district maps to make sure that congressional and state legislative districts are as close to equal in population as possible.

The webinar will provide draft maps of potential changes and seek public input on the proposed boundaries.

The webinar is free and will take place from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday. It will also be recorded for later viewing.
