SHELBIANA, Ky. — A Laurel County man is in the Pike County jail, after police reportedly found him passed out in a stolen car.
Pikeville Police were called to the Shelbiana Food City, after it was reported that a Chevy Malibu stolen from Laurel County was parked there.
When officers checked it out, they found Daniel Lee Snead, 32, of Keavy, slumped over in the driver’s seat. They also found a small plastic bag of meth in the car, along with 27 empty plastic bags and a glass pipe.
Snead was arrested on charges of receiving stolen property, possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia, and public intoxication.
