					<description><![CDATA[<p>MILLARD, Ky. &#8211;  As river levels on the Levisa Fork of the Big Sandy River in Pikeville and Prestonsburg continued to rise over the weekend, officials with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers continuously monitored the situation.  At Fishtrap Dam, the decision was made to close the gates at the spillway and begin holding water back.  As of Sunday evening, the water level in the lake was about 10 feet above summer pool and not yet into the parking lot at the Millard boat ramp.  Corps officials say they will continue holding water until any flooding threat downstream has passed.</p>
