Pikeville, KY — UPDATE: Kentucky State Police continue their investigation into a fatal shooting Saturday evening in South Williamson. Authorities say no arrests have been made at this time. The victim has been identified as 44 year old Adrian Smith from Cleveland, West Virginia. The Kentucky State Police expect charges in next few days as the case proceeds.
