PRESTONSBURG, Ky. – Tuesday was a big day for the city of Prestonsburg, as the Mountain Arts Center became the first site in Eastern Kentucky to host the live announcement of this year elk hunt lottery results. But this is also a big year for the  Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife, as it marks a significant anniversary for the state’s elk herd.  EKB News reporter Shannon Deskins brings us this look.
