Frankfort, KY — Kentucky’s seasonally adjusted preliminary February 2019 unemployment rate was 4.1 percent that according to the Kentucky Center for Statistics, an agency within the Kentucky Education and workforce Development Cabinet. That is down from the 4.2 percent reported for January. The U.S. seasonally adjusted jobless rate for February was 3.8 percent down from 4.0 in January. February’s County by County numbers will be released next week.
