While Halloween and trick-or-treating is generally thought of as a time for children, there is one annual Halloween event in Pikeville the entire family can enjoy.  And, that event is the East Kentucky Broadcasting Hal-O-Win scavenger hunt that has been held for more than 40 years.  EKB News reporter Shannon Deskins was there for Monday night’s big event and brings us this report.
