Floyd County, KY — Floyd County Sheriff Deputies responded to the Alpike trailer court on a suspicious chemical smell complaint. When Deputies arrived, the home owner gave them permission to search the residence which resulted in finding drugs and 3 other individuals hiding inside, one was a wanted fugitive out of Ohio and Michigan. Deputies arrested 30-year-old Elizabeth Skeens of Ivel, 35-year-old Steven Chad Castle of Martin and 31-year-old Ricky Dale Wright of Prestonsburg all three were charged with Possession of Controlled Substance 1st degree, Meth. 31-year-old Frank “Duke” London of Michigan was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance 1st degree, Meth and being a Wanton Fugitive from another state. All four were lodged in the Floyd County Jail.
