Louisa, KY — A warrant roundup by Drug Intervention Cooperative Enforcement (DICE) in Lawrence County resulted in 4 being arrested. Authorities arrested Jonie Collinsworth and James West both of Louisa on a combination of 4 outstanding warrants. As part of an ongoing investigation by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office, DICE also arrested 34-year-old Joshua Fetherolf of Meads Branch with Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and outstanding warrant. Also arrested was 42-year-old Joseph Kevin Marcum of Blaine Creek Road with various drug charges and fleeing for leading police in a foot pursuit. DICE is comprised of the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department, Louisa Police Department and Lawrence County Constables.
