Martin, KY — Martin City Police, responding to a domestic complaint, arrested 53-year-old Rhea Lynn Music of David, Ky. at the Zip Zone Gas Station in Eastern. Officers state that Music had called police saying she had been involved in a domestic dispute. Upon further investigation, Officers found Music was wanted on an active Floyd County District Court Bench Warrant for Harassment. Music was lodged in the Floyd County Detention Center.
