Buchanan County, VA — Authorities have now identified the person killed in a crash in Buchanan County. According to the Virginia State Police, 24-year-old DeAndre Williams of Honaker was driving a motorcycle shortly before 5:30 pm Monday afternoon on Riverside Drive when he struck a tractor trailer that was turning onto Route 460. Investigators say speed is a possible factor in the crash however the investigation continues into the incident.
