Floyd County Deputies make multiple arrests on drug charges


According to the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office, Monday night around 10:00 pm, deputies arrested six individuals in the Prestonsburg area on drug charges. The arrest(s) came as a result of an investigation that led deputies to obtain a search warrant. While conducting the search, deputies along with K9 “Drago” discovered crystal meth inside a residence along with other illegal drugs.

The individuals arrested were:

Kenneth Marsillitt, 62 of Prestonsburg; Bench warrant for Assault 2nd, Possession Controlled Substance 1st (Crystal meth) and
Possession of marijuana

Courtney Riley, 26 of Pikeville
Possession of controlled substance 1st (Crystal Meth) and Possession of marijuana

Emily Williams, 25 of Harold;
Possession of controlled substance 1st (Crystal Meth) and Possession marijuana

Billy Ray Hall, 33 of Harold;
Possession of controlled substance 1st (Crystal Meth) and Possession of marijuana

Jarred Harvey, 39 of Harold;
Possession of controlled substance 1st (Crystal Meth) and Possession of marijuana

Jarod Hall, 32 of Harold; Possession of Controlled Substance 1st (Crystal Meth) and Possession of marijuana

The investigation is ongoing and additional charges could be forthcoming.
