Logan County, WV — Logan County, West Virginia Sheriff’s Deputies and members of the US 119 Task Force executed a search warrant in the Accoville community in Logan County Tuesday. During that search, Deputies seized six firearms and ammunition, sixteen small blue bags containing heroin, three marijuana plants and $1,685.00 in cash. Four people were arrested, 36-year-old Marquita Brooks and 18-year-old Amir Stewart, both of Accoville, 19-year-old Derek Brown and 18-year-old Tylik Smith, both of Wilmington, Delaware. Brooks was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver. Smith, Brown and Stewart were charged with conspiracy to commit a felony. Stewart and Brown were also charged with two counts each of delivery of a controlled substance. All four remain lodged in the Southwestern Regional Jail with cash only bonds ranging from $10,000 to $30,000. (No picture was available for Tylik Smith)
