Tangles Salon in Coal Run City will be providing free haircuts and a backpack to kids Sunday, July 28th at Noon. Jada Hall, Tangles Salon owner/stylist, states she is happy to give back to the community especially to children in school. There will be a limited number of backpacks, but plenty of time to come down for cuts.
