Matt Bevin will be joined by state legislators and stakeholder groups this afternoon in Frankfort, as he officially signs into law House Bill 1, which was passed in special session by the General Assembly earlier today. HB 1 delivers vital pension relief and a path forward for Kentucky’s regional universities and quasi-governmental agencies, who provide critical services to citizens across the Commonwealth. The Kentucky State Senate voted this morning to pass the bill. The vote was 27 to 11.
