PIKEVILE, KY.– A Floyd County man has pleaded guilty to federal child pornography charges.
31-year-old Joshua Keith Lawson, of Ivel, pleaded guilty to one count of producing child pornography and two counts of distribution. In doing so, he admitted to taking a nude picture of a girl younger than 12 back in October. He also admitted sending pictures of other girls to a person who turned out to be an undercover officer that same day. Lawson now faces sentence of up to 30 years for the production charge and up to 20 years for the distribution charges. He will be sentenced in May.
