A new case of COVID-19 was confirmed positive in Pike County, Kentucky on Wednesday, May 13th.

According to the Pike County Health Department, health officials say the patient is a 43-yr-old female who has been confirmed positive for COVID-19 and is currently isolating from her home.

All contacts have been notified, health officials say.

This brings the total to 20 cases confirmed, 4 probable, 2 deceased and 14 recovered in Pike County, Kentucky.

No other information about the patient has been released.
