Prestonsburg used a solid second half to take the lead away from Floyd Central and go on to score a 55-41 win in a game played at Langley on Saturday night.

Ryan Rose fired in a game-high 18 points and Grant Justice added 12 as the Blackcats moved to 4-5. Kaleb Jarvis chipped in nine.

Braden Moore paced the Jaguars (2-6) with 12 points. Tanner Hall added nine.

Tyler Chaffin scored 11 and Sal Dean added 10 as the Pirates (4-6) lost their sixth straight game.
