Belfry running back Isaac Dixon rushed for 251 yards and four touchdowns to fuel the Pirates, 48-18, district win over Floyd Central at Haywood Stadium on Friday night.

Dixon had TD runs of 39, 55, 31 and 71 as the Pirates moved to 3-1. He now has 791 yards in four games and 14 touchdowns while averaging better than 17 yards per carry.

Quarterback Brett Coleman ran for 69 yards and two rushing touchdowns. Dre Young capped the scoring for Belfry with a touchdown run.

Sheston Johnson, Caleb Hager and Trenton Hatfield each had a rushing touchdown for the Jaguars, now 2-2. Logan Howell rushed for 125 yards.

Belfry will host North Hardin (4-0) while Floyd Central will face Magoffin County (2-2) on Oct. 9. Both games will kick off at 7:30 pm.
