PRESTONSBURG, Ky. — A Johnson County man has been charged with drug trafficking, after police found more than 100 grams of meth in his car.
Ned Davis, 38, of Paintsville, was pulled over by a state trooper for a traffic violation along U.S. 23 in Prestonsburg on Saturday. He was then placed under arrest for driving despite his license being suspended for DUI.
The trooper then searched his car and found the meth. He also seized marijuana, pills, drug parphernalia and a gun.
Davis is now charged with meth trafficking, drug possession and other charges.
