KSP features Pike murder suspect in most wanted campaign

PIKEVILLE, Ky. — A man suspected in a Pike County shooting death five years ago is the latest fugitive to featured in Kentucky State Police’s “Wanted Wednesday” campaign.

Charles Blevins is wanted for murder and felon in possession of a firearm in connection with the shooting death of Adrian Smith in South Williamson in July 2019. Although warrants were issued for his arrest at that time, police have not been able to find him.

Blevins previously served 10 years in prison, after being convicted of second-degree murder in Cabell County, W.Va., in 2009.

Blevins is listed as 6 feet, 3 inches tall, with brown eyes.
