Kentucky State Police have identified the suspect they believe killed a man in South Williamson on the evening of July 6th, and they are asking for the public’s help to find him. On Tuesday, KSP officials at Post 9 announced they have obtained an arrest warrant for Murder and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon for 37 year old Charles Ray Blevins. He is accused of shooting and killing 44 year old Adrian Smith of Cleveland, West Virginia on July 6th in the South Williamson park near the flood wall. Blevins’ last known address was in Williamson, West Virginia. Anyone who may come into contact with Blevins is urged to use extreme caution, as he is considered armed and dangerous.
