LOUISA, Ky. — Louisa Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man wanted for questioning about the theft of a motor scooter from the Ray Williams Villa public housing complex.

The department has released video showing the man walking to the apartments, taking the scooter, and then walking back the way he came with it, although not without tripping and falling on his way.
