PIKEVILLE, Ky. –  Monday evening, a small crowd gathered outside Judi’s Place for Kids in Pikeville as 370 luminaries were lit, representing the number of children who were victims of sexual abuse in our region in the last 12 months alone. Officials at Judi’s Place for Kids in Pikeville say they are working to raise awareness of a problem that is much larger than people realize.  Assistant Director, Pam Taylor says reports of suspected child sexual abuse can be made to any local law enforcement agency, and you can remain anonymous.
