Lawrence County, KY — A Lawrence County man has been charged with Child Sexual Exploitation Offenses. 32-year-old Ricky Henry of Lowmansville, was arrested as the result of an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children investigation. The Kentucky State Police electronic Crime branch began the investigation after discovering Henry possessed files of child sexual exploitation. Troopers executed a search warrant at a Lowmansville residence on August 8th of this year. Investigators seized equipment used in the crime. Henry was charged with 16 counts of possessing or viewing matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor. Possessing or viewing matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor is a Class-D Felony punishable by one to five years in prison on each count. Henry was lodged in the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center.
