Prestonsburg, Ky.–It happened early Sunday morning on Ridgewood Drive in Prestonsburg while officers from the Prestonsburg Police Department were responding to a complaint of a fight taking place at the Club House on Stone Crest.

According to the arrest citation 48-year old Brian Wallace was on a golf cart at the Club House and appeared to be under the influence.  The officer then was called to another complaint just down the street and told Wallace not to be driving the cart.

A short time later the officer saw Wallace driving the golf cart and he was arrested and charged with driving under the influence.
