WISE, Va. — The Wise County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a man who they say is a public danger.
Randolph Ray Willis, 31, of Coeburn, is wanted in Wise County for two failures to appear and in Scott County on a felony probation violation. Wise County Sheriff’s Office is also seeking additional felony charges related to an incident that occurred early this morning.
Willis is to be considered armed and dangerous.
