More rain bringing the possibility of travel hazards

Beginning Wednesday, another storm system will move into eastern Kentucky, which the National Weather Service says will produce several rounds of heavy rainfall through Thursday.
Meteorologists say as much as three inches of rain could fall, bringing the threat of flooding back into view. But, officials at Highway District 12 also want motorists to remember how that much rain, on top of what we’ve already had, can affect travel.
