PAINTSVILLE, Ky. –  The Fourth of July was exceptionally memorable in the city of Paintsville, and not in a way that anybody expected. A strong and very sudden storm drew a bullseye on downtown Paintsville, causing damage and an extended power outage. Thursday, officials continued the cleanup and began evaluating what happened.
