Pike County Clerk fires back after allegations made on social media

PIKEVILLE, Ky. –  Pike County Clerk Rhonda Taylor is firing back, after she says her words during a recent Fiscal Court meeting were taken out of context.  During the January 15th meeting, Taylor presented her budget to the court, warning that it was different than those presented in past years. Taylor referenced the way she had been taught to do budgets and how those methods no longer work. But, she claims her words have been taken out of context in a series of negative Facebook posts since the meeting.  Taylor also said in the meeting her office is facing difficult decisions ahead, given the overall state of the county’s finances.
