PIKE COUNTY, KY — Drive-Through Trick or Treat events for Pike County have been moved to a later date after a forecast of inclement weather was reported.

According to a press release, Pike County Judge/Executive Ray Jones signed an executive order on Wednesday, October 28, 2020 moving the date for drive-through Trick or Treat in Pike County to Thursday, November 5, 2020 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM after inclement weather is being predicted for the original date of Thursday, October 29.

Jones is encouraging the public who plans on participating to follow the Pike County Guidance for Drive-Thru Trick or Treating issued earlier this month.

Participants are asked to plan for drive-through events only, continue to practice safe social distancing, wear approved face masks, wash and sanitize hands and distribute only store-bought, prepackaged candy.
