There’s no question our region is in the grip of a prescription drug abuse epidemic.  But, instead of looking to law enforcement for the answer, a group of students in Pikeville is hoping to be a part of the solution.  EKB News reporter Shannon Deskins brings us a look at Pikeville High School’s Empty Chair Project.
