REGINA, Ky. –  Kentucky State Police are investigating a stabbing death that happened Tuesday afternoon in Pike County.   Just before 3pm, Troopers responded to a 9-1-1 call reporting a stabbing in the Regina community. Not many details have been released other than one person is deceased as a result. EKB News will continue to follow this developing story.
