Mingo County, WV. — Mingo County Sheriff Deputies have now apprehended 38-year-old Billy Ray Evans in the Ruth Trace area of Mingo County. Deputies located Evans at a residence after a tip was called into the Sheriff’s Office.

Mingo County, WV. — Mingo County Sheriff Deputies are looking for a man who allegedly struck an elderly female. According to authorities, 38-year-old Billy Ray Evans of Red Jacket, West Virginia is wanted for questioning regarding an attack on 78-year-old Virginia Coleman. Police say Evans apparently struck Coleman causing her to fall injuring her head which required staples to close.
