Police are still searching for a Pike County man wanted for assaulting his neighbor with and axe.  Last month, a grand jury indicted 57 year old Barry Q Miller, of Pikeville on a felony assault charge relating to an attack on his neighbor with a double bit axe.  Prosecutors in the case say Miller had a court date earlier this week on the charges, which he obviously missed.  Anyone with any knowledge of Miller’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Pikeville Police Department.
