Pikeville, KY — Power outages continue to plague the area following yesterday afternoon storms. Here’s the latest numbers of customers still without power as of 8:15 AM provided by Kentucky Power: Pike County—1,162, Floyd County—142, Johnson County—61. Appalachian Power also reporting outages. In Mingo County—2,382 and in Logan County—571 customers still without power. Crews continue to work to restore power to all affected customers.
