GARRETT, Ky. — Holiday travel along Route 7 in Floyd County has been interrupted by a rock fall.

A boulder has covered both lanes of the highway, between Garrett and the intersection to Salt Lick, closing the road.

State highway crews are working to remove the obstacle and reopen the road.
