Floyd County, Ky- School safety is on the mind of everyone, and local school districts are taking action. Last night, the Pike County Board of Education took the first steps toward having armed teachers at its schools. Schools in Floyd County are taking a different approach, with help from the sheriff’s office. EKB News Reporter Shawn Allen explains.
