Update:
An elderly man reported missing early Wednesday morning has been found, West Virginia State Police say.
Harold Noe, 83, became disoriented and got his car stuck on a muddy road, troopers say. They say he’s cold but otherwise OK.
A Silver Alert had been issued for Noe earlier Wednesday.

MINGO COUNTY, WVa — West Virginia State Police in Mingo County have issued a Silver Alert for an 82-year-old man who may have dementia.
Harold Lee Noe was last seen around 6:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Justice area, right outside of Gilbert, according to State Police. Noe was driving a 2017 black Honda Civic with the West Virginia license plate number W32947. He was last seen wearing a black leather coat and blue jeans.
