Chapmanville, WV — A stabbing Monday night has left one person dead. According to the Chapmanville Police Department, Officers and Deputies from the Logan County Sheriff’s Office responded to a complaint at a residence on Salem Boulevard around 9:30 PM. Authorities report one person has died after being stabbed. The investigation is ongoing, no further information has been released regarding the names of those involved or what may have led up to the stabbing. Chapmanville Police say they will release more information later today.
