People are definitely taking notice of the recent cleanup efforts on Fishtrap Lake in Pike County.  This year alone, several hundred thousand dollars of state and federal funding has been awarded to put a little extra muscle behind efforts to clean the lake of debris that washes in from Virginia.  Officials with the US Army Corps of Engineers say some of that funding will be used to purchase some much needed equipment.
